These terms are only for breeders located in the EU

The cat mentioned above may not be re-sold to another breeder. In case the owner wants to pass on this cat it has to be neutered/spayed before.

Only the breeder this cat has been sold to is allowed to breed with it. All kittens produced by this cat must have the same cattery-name and name of breeder.

The following is a special agreement approved by the new owner of the cat:
 
Kittens produced by this cat may not be sold to CFA breeders in Europe and it is not allowed to show them at CFA-shows in Europe.
Exceptions or amendments must be drawn up in writing.
